Suitable for Lancer Evo 4 and Lancer Evo 5 (PR8105W etched on the back of the lamp unit)
Note that the lens on this unit has the code PR8101. However this unit does not have a fork to each side of the unit for the fixing. If your lens unit has a fork type fixing to each side and has the code PR8101 on the lens. You require the PIAA PA661 drive lens unit. Not this unit.
