This 6200k kit is what PIAA feel is the ideal rating. Claims by others of a 10000K kit is very hard to believe, as this is often achieved with heavy colouring to the bulb tube which often results in heat build up on the bulb and premature bulb failure.

Remember Kelvin alone does not always result in better performance. It is mainly down to the characteristics of the bulb, which is a mix of bulb tube colour and gas mix and the correct ballast setting, so that the ballast is in tune with the bulb and cable length.
