Delivery and ordering information

We deliver to the UK, Europe, Canada and the USA. These destinations are available via online ordering and you will be able to select your country in the drop down box on the page after the basket page. Other destinations by enquiry.

Delivery charges are seperate to the actual price of the goods ordered. Usual delivery times are between one to five working days for UK mainland orders processed before 1pm. Most goods are usually dispatched same or next day. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For Recorded, Special Delivery and couriers for larger items.

If there are items which are out of stock. We will contact you to sort out the best possible solution for availability & delivery.

Delivery charges range from £3 to £8 for UK delivery which is on the weight and value of the goods ordered. The delivery charge can be viewed in the checkout page prior to making payment. The best way to check the delivery cost for an order is to add the products into your basket and follow to the next stages where the total cost of delivery is shown from entering your delivery destination address.

Delivery to a different address to your card billing address is possible and you will be prompted for this information on the checkout process. Please note that a different delivery address is only possible with a successful match on both the CV2 and AVS checks with the card used.

For the British Isles, we deliver to the UK, which includes Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, N. Ireland, Scottish Highlands & offshore Channel Islands.

Note that the Channel Islands: Alderney, Guernsey, Herm, Jersey & Sark attract zero VAT on both the goods and delivery. This is due to the Channel Islands being outside the EU. There is a UK - Channel Islands selection on the country select, do make sure you select this and the vat will become zero.

We deliver to international destinations subject to sufficient security checks being passed on your online order, for destinations not listed on the country select box. Do contact us for a quote on delivery to your destination, contact us via the contact link above. Include the products you wish to purchase along with your full delivery address and country.

To calculate the cost of delivery to your country, proceed to the address details page after your basket and once you have entered your address and selected your country, you will have the costs displayed.

All prices are subject to VAT at 17.5% (VAT is not charged for Channel Islands and outside the EU)
